Fish, Fish Everywhere!!

The fish pond at our National Training Center is being drained in order to make room for more building projects,
but that means that there are lots of fish to be caught, cleaned, and preserved.
Luckily the staff and the kids at the National Training Center are up to the task.

As the water continues to go down the fish are jumping.
Although catching all the fish is a big job, it is also lots of FUN!

As the fish are caught, they are cleaned, salted and packaged for the long process of curing.
The fish are being made into two different Cambodian delicacies, "Bror Hok" and "Phur Ork."
It will be months before these fish are ready!
