Sokean, an orphan from the Prey Veng Province has been with FCOP for six years. 

In Cambodian Culture, the bridegroom's family traditionally offers a dowry for the bride's family.  Instead,  the guests
arrive the morning of the wedding to honor this tradition with a parade of fruits
